Traditional Processing Practices

The Green Stories goes back to traditional ways of preparing and processing the food. The way our older generations used to make everyday beverages at home. The powders, sweetners and the fruit concentrates (Seasonal crops, spices and food materials) were so meticulesly made and stored for the year round.

Our Turmeric pods are never boiled. They are grated fresh and dried. The Kokum fruit concentrate is never made with boiling the fruit. Its processed exactly how our grandma used to make it in the natural sun, without adding any water to it. This retained the fruit tase and the slef life to naturally, there is no need to add any chemicals to it. The sugercane used in the jaggery matters. Only this varity of sugercane gives the jaggery its texture, taste and more to it all is the abundance of nutrition makeing a super food for all ages.
